Tata Sky — No Signal for a month and my request cancelled without resolution

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

I had logged no of times complaint and no resolution for No Signal Issue. Complaint No HH973N8 and HTDQK9W cancelled without resolution. Send 10-15 SMS to 56633 for NS and no response for that too. Had chat with their online helpdesk but very poor answers.
