For past 2 days there is no signal. Tried to lodge complaint over the toll free number several times but always goes into IVRS. Have also smsed to lodge my complaint.
No one ready to take responsibility which is unlike & unbecoming of a company bearing Tata logo.
Would like an immediate response & rectification of the problem.
