Tata Sky — No signal for last 5 days | |||
Tata sky has put out an announcement that they are upgrading their system and some subscribers May hav no signal. They hav provided 2 numbers, one for no signal SMS and another for missed call. Otherwise their complaints number is choked and their chennai number disconnects as soon as I am thru. They provided a work order number which is 4 days old and no response so for. Their announcement says, " You have put with our trouble for the last few days, pl. bear with us for some more days.😄😀. They think it is a joke. How many more days...GOD alone knows.. They must be knowing, how some ladies who are addicted to their serials must be suffering. 1. They Shd announce, how many days more exactly they are going to take. 2. Like sensible computer people with brains, who do their service between 12 and 4 in the night, their outage also Shd be only in the night. 3. They Shd refund the subscription for the days their service is down. 4. They Shd monetarily compensate for he mental agony. I totally agree with you R Madhavan. Me too facing similar problem from past 2 days. Service providers like this take it granted and they know that in India it will be escalated to max shouting... media news... and then after couple of days... everything will be forgotten.
