Tata Sky — No Signal for last many days - no response from customer care

My ID is [protected]. I have no signal for last 5 days.As was advertised by tata sky for last several days ( somebody of tata sky didn't participate in mohlla cricket match or dropped family visit to Agra etc), i gave number of miss called to ([protected]) from my RMN ([protected]). A auto message generated SMS was sent to me every time but no respose for rectification or visits or call back. Helpline numbers not responding. Not expected from a TATA brand
