I have been running from pillar to post calling all the possible tatasky helpline numbers since the last 1 month. There has been no connection in my house since the last 1 month and no single person in your customer care seems to take this seriously. Do you work like Indian Govt??? Inspite of being from such a prestigious house like TATA's your business really doesn't seem to care about customers at all.
From 3rd April we have not been able to watch TV. Here are the case IDs registered with your customer care: 1-[protected], work order no: HWIQ72R, 1-[protected]. We only keep hearing the stale reply that your complaint has been forwarded but there has not been a concrete action since the last 1 month. Zero responsibility and ownership seen in your customer care/customer service departments. First of all reaching your customer care itself is very difficult. Once if we get through, either the call is put unduly on hold or simply disconnected. Are they receiving their salaries or working for free?? because they behave so. It is shocking to see the way a private DTH company works.
what are you going to do for the problem that we are facing????
