Tata Sky — No signal for past 13 days. | |||
My customer id is [protected], i am not able to watch any of The hd channels from more than 3 weeks, i have been trying to call on the Helpline no, but no use i must have tried more than 20 times to speak to the Customer care executive but never ever got through since it just repeats only One message that everyone is busy our call is important and we are in queue and Wait time is 10mins. One day i got changes to communicate with support guys (After 35 min), he has treated like!!!... What the hell is happening to tata sky we thought the Ervice was best, i feel now it worst then a cable operator atleast some Responds and attend to the complainants, i would like my services to be Restored immediately and some calling us back to... If this is not the case Then i would prefer other service… Was this information helpful? | |||
