Tata Sky — No signal for regional channel

Dear Sir/ Madam, I Deshpande dinesh i have Requested to complaint in Tata Sky online service but till have no any communication on Tata sky side, I have a tata sky connection[protected] I am requested maximum time to please send Engineer In my Place for Solve my service Issues of not getting signal for regional language. but till no beady come in my place . . I have physically requested nearest Distributor but no responce and pulled down my antenna as the call centre executive says. I request you to please intervine and send Engineer at my place.
