Tata Sky — no signal for regional channels - 45 days

since 4th april 2015 i have raised a complaint to tatasky that im not receiving signal for regional channels. 7 work orders raised and they said installer will visit..but no one came. i requested them that i will pay for the service, they did not do it. they are saying upgrading the system. its nonsense It seems they have a major problem with the channel providers, , so they are bargaining for cheap cost..and charge high for us.. Please take action against tata sky immediately they are charging me the subscription and not giving any service. we are fed up with tatasky my tatasky id :[protected]
