Tata Sky — NO SIGNAL for the last 1 month

The most pathetic service encountered by us for Tata Sky. Since last 1 month I have been facing issues of no signal for all the channels which is already paid. We have been complaining since last 1 month, your employees say that they will be sending a technician but till date no one has come to our place.
