Tata Sky — No signal for the last 3 weeks, No response, Pathetic service, Blot on the TATA brand name | |||
I am a TATA Sky subscriber, ID - [protected]. We have been receiving no signal for the past 3 weeks now. SMS and calls to their helpline numbers have had no response. They just send a standard automated message, that the request has been allocated to an engineer. Calls to the call center has a minimum waiting time of 10 mins and promises to call back within 24 hours are never kept. In the initial couple of days, they made a gimmick of not charging, since the service was not being provided, but then got back to charging even though there was absolutely no response from TATA Sky on the complaint and the service stood un-restored. As an Indian I was always proud of the TATA brand, but TATA Sky is a huge blot on the TATA brand name. Please shut down TATA Sky and try saving the TATA brand name.
