Tata Sky — No Signal for the last one month | |||
Am suppose to be TATA SKY's premium customer - having 1+2 connection in my home for the last few years. Am not getting signal for the last one month - to be precise from 1st April'15. Many sMS, emails, calls - practically every day - no response except automated messages. how TATA tolerates such CEO who is not bothered to resolve customer complaints. When the subscription money gets over, they immediatley cut the line. Now they have taken one year advance money and no signal for the last 25 days and above not even proper response. I also see 1000s of customer having the same problem. How do they plan to retain these aggreived customers. They are literally bringing down TATA's image. God Save TATA SKY.
