Subscriber ID - [protected] (1) 1st April 2015 onwards - NO SIGNAL (2) 11th April 2015 - Complaint from cel - SMS NS to 56633 & Missed Call to [protected] returned saying Mobile number is registered with Multiple Subscriber ID - Company will accept and install connection from one cel for multiple subscriber id but later will not accept LOGIN or COMPLAINTS from same cel number for multipe sub ids. (3) 11th April 2015 - CALL TO CC - going round 1 to 9 - at last press 1 - I was told by IVR - CC will call back within 24 hours - Nobody called back (4) 12th April 2015 - COMPLAINT - HN19J61 - CC - Prakash - WILL BE ATTENDED WITHIN 24 HOURS (5) 12th April 2015 - COMPLAINT[protected] CC - Silambarasan - WILL BE ATTENDED WITHIN 24 HOURS (6) 13th April 2015 - REPLY from [protected] - Serviceman - Mohan - wrongly work order sent to him at Arakonam - promised to talk to Managers and send Serviceman from my area - NO SERVICEMAN CALLED as promised (7) 13th April 2015 - COMPLAINT BY EMAIL - ATLAST FOUND EMAIL ID OF CC WHICH IS NOT DISPLAYED PROMPTLY BY COMPANY - EVERYWHERE THEY DISPLAY ONLY CC PHONE NUMBERS - [protected]@tatasky.com - (8) 13th April 2015 - REPLYMAIL from [protected]@tatasky.com - our rep will get in touch with you SHORTLY (9) 13th April 2015 - REPLY SMS from AM-MYTS - we WILL RESOLVE your complaint ASAP - WILL RECREDIT 3 days sub charges (10) I WILL DAILY POST WHAT IS MEANT BY 'SHORTLY' ON TILL COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED. TATASKY CUSTOMERS TAKE NOTE: (A) THOSE ORDERING MULTIPLE SUBSCRIBER ID WITH SAME CEL NUMBER - BEWARE - LATER THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOGIN OR COMPLAIN NS / MISS CALL FROM THE CEL NUMBER (B) THOSE (ALMOST ALL) GETTING FRUSTRATED WITH CALLING HELPLINE MAKE USE OF EMAIL-ID [protected]@tatasky.com TO SAVE MONEY AND TO KEEP BETTER RECORD OF COMPLAINTS (C) DONT BE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT CC NUMBERS ARE TOLL FREE AS MENTIONED IN THE WEBSITE OF CONSUMER COMPLAINTS.IN - AS PER EMAIL FROM COMPANY OPERATOR CHARGES APPLICABLE (D) DON'T WAIT UNDER THE IMPRESSION SIGNAL WILL IMPROVE IN CASE OF NO SIGNAL - EMAIL COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY AND CLAIM REFUND OF SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT - KEEP RECORDS FOR A FIT CONSUMBER COMPLAINT
