my id [protected] I did not get programmes (south special) from 02.04.15. my repeated request in dump ears. you have sent a sms saying technician visits on 13.04.15. i was waiting the whole day. NOBODY CAME. then your call center asked for the renewal and that time they have promised engineer will come within 24 hours. that is on 15.04.15. till now no clue of any respect for the customers complaint. will you please tell me what i have to do to get the signal correctly and then TO MAKE YOUR ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. HOPE SOME BODY WILL ACT ON THIS SOON. OR... AS USUAL ???????????????????????????????????????
