Tata Sky — No Signal from 3rd April 2015 | |||
I have complaint of no signal since 3rd of April and have made numerous call to tata sky toll free number in vain. First I have to wait at least 20-25 minutes to able to speak to a customer executive and got same repeated answer that the technician is going to visit on the same day. Nobody has yet come and we have suffered a lot on this account. I am bit surprised with the false committment repeatedly made by the toll free representative. My ID no is [protected] work order no NS[protected] Mobile no [protected] I do not know how many more days we need to wait endlessly.
