iD [protected] We had no signal in march month from 15th to 21st and again in this month from 5th afternoon There is no defect in installation and we weren't able to call and register the complaint in the normal way as the lines were busy or no reply Even after registering the complaint no service person visited us and no improvement in the connection Nearby relatives were getting the reception and we are now put into a lot of inconvenience due to the non response and are keen to stop using the tata sky services Kindly reimburse the cost that is in balance and take back the set top box and reimburse the full cost as we are fed up and would like to shift our operator In case we do not hear from your end we plan to approach the local consumer court Was this information helpful? | |||
