Tata Sky — No signal from last 2 weeks and No technician has visited even after multiple calls | |||
As part o[censored]pgrade, there is no signal for 90% of channels for which i have paid for. They keep on advertising to give missed call for arranging a technician visit. But even after 5-6 times over last 15 days what i get is that "technician will be contacting you shortly". This is very pathetic and i am 100% sure that they are deducting our money against all subscribed channels for past 15 days. This company is a black mark on reputation of "Tata" group and it should be penalised in some ways by competent authorities. Such a pathetic service was not expected from Tata brand. There are other DTH provider who are cheaper in terms of number of channels and rental, but we have chosen TataSky because of Tata brand. Now i am disgusted that even "Tata" brand is no more different. Very Very pathetic services. Was this information helpful? | |||
