Tata Sky — NO signal from last 5 days. | |||
My tatasky is not working from last 5 days and same problem i had from 9th march to 13 march as well. Many times i have complained on toll free numbers as well as by sending sms. All the custom care executive assured the solution of problem in next couple of hours OR 24 HRS OR 48 HRS... but after 4 (MORE THAN 96 HRS) days now, i am not able to watch any TV channels and worst things is that some of customer care executive put my call on hold for hrs and there was no answer... THIS IS THE ONE OF THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOM CARE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDER... AND ATLEAST THIS WAS NEVER EXPECTED FROM TATA GROUP. If you cant provide service to your client, then better put a disclaimer before selling the product..so atleast a customer will not suffer and will not expect after sale service...really, one of the worst experience with TATA PRODUCT.
