Tata Sky — No signal from last 8 days | |
I am a subscriber of tata sky from last 5years. I was happy with tata sky box and channel clarity.But for last 8-10 days I am not getting any channels, saying no signal.I am paying money on yearly basis.I tried to call helpline number[protected] it was engaged all the time and not able to connect with customer care. I told the same reason to local tata sky outlet they told they cannot do anything until any complaint is raised. I am getting frustrated and lost the trust on the brand name Tata.After sales support is very poor.Cannot watch IPL during this IPL season and other programmes.
