Tata Sky — No signal from one Month..customer care no is not responding...Tata sky is chaeting...3rd grade

There is no signal since last 24 days. When called at customer care...they keep playing music and call not reaches the customer care after 30 min waiting. When there is facility of call back, when opt for that option did not get any call. NO SERVICE ENGINEER NO CALL BACK. FEEL LIKE CHEATED BY TATAs.
