Tata Sky — no signal from set of box

Since seven days no signal from set of box and same was complaint to customer care by telephone but three days gone the complaint has not been solve. This is my request to you to look into the matter and the problem of no signal as early as possible .My address is same as registered. Thanks and regards S.Baskaran. Chennai.
