[Resolved] Tata Sky — No signal in new HD connection | |||||
I have taken new multi-tv connection in my flat and the suprising issue is - one tv connection in bedroom is working, but 2nd tv connection in hall is not working. This is happening from feb 2017. The tv connection (In hall) is always coming with blank screen and giving error message "your box is not receiving signal... Power on and off" again and again. Believe some 7 to 8 technicians have come till now, but they are not able to resolve. Also, i have raised multiple service requests for the same issue, but its not getting rectified at all. This is really frustrating, as i have to pay for the connection without seeing the tv. Very rude behavior from tata sky service team as well as the technicians. When asked for refund of set-top box payment since we have no service, getting a standard reply that "our team will call you". The worst part is we cannot track the service request and always need to wait for their call, is this the way customer is handled? Awaiting an resolution for past 3 months!
