Tata Sky — NO signal in Tamil channels for 1 month | |||
Subscriber No. [protected]. There is no signal in Tamil channels for the past one month, and the scroll message goes: "We are upgrading our system. In case there is no signal, contact us and our representative will be immediately at your doorstep at no charges". But I have been contacting the helpline no. from my Registered Mobile No. for the past one month to no response. Only pre-recorded voice says ÿour complaint will be resolved in 24 hours, or we'll contact you". Nobody is available to take the complaint even as customer service person.
