we wish to inform you that we are using tata sky from last 8 years but we have noticed that last one year quality &; service has come down like anything . after recharge we are are not able to use the services due to very poor quality of signal informed many times to your help line but no action taken simply they are telling we will send person to you & have to pay service charge of 170/-.we just said its not our fault why we should pay. what for we are paying recharge. if you can give free service alright otherwise pl refund the set up box & recharge amount of last one month which we have not use and balance. so that we can go to other provider.
