I am subscriber of tatasky for last 8 years, my subscriber id is : [protected], from last 10 days i am not getting 3 channels due to signal drop, i called customer care and clearly told them problem is not from my side. They said they will send technician if problem is not mine, they won't charge, technician came and did investigation and told me tatasky moves to g-sat satellites, those channels need 65-cm dish, because long back i have taken tatasky connection mine is 45-cm dish, so i need change my dish and left, still i am not getting those 3 channels, but still tatasky deducted rs.170 rupees from my account, because i had balance in it. Now i am not getting channels because tatasky changes its satellite. But tatasky feels that i need to spend more and get new dish, i don't know tomorrow if they changes something else then ask me cough-up rs.10000, so that i can see the channels i am subscribed to. Really regret my association with tatasky for past 8 years and spending more then rs.10, 000, on tatasky infrastructure, and believing the brand tata. Was this information helpful? |
