Tata Sky — No Signal Issue, Persisting for 10 days. Even after repeated calls

Your
service, in one word, is pathetic. This is with regard to a complaint
lodged on 5/4/2014 . As advertised and advised on your page I gave a
mis call to 5/4/2014 for resolving the no signal issue. Soon I got a
message that stated that the complaint has been registered and that a field technician would contact us soon.I
got the same message the next day and the same again the day after.
This time another message accompanied it, saying that I have been given 2
extra day’s credit.The cycle continues to repeat without any real resolution to the issue..Now my question is, 1. What do I do with an account recharge when the account itself is inaccessible?2. Why should customers suffer because of whatever technical upgrade you are doing?Please
take some real/concrete steps SOON rather than sending automated
messages. Else please come and take your useless set top box and let us
switch to some other service provider.
