Tata Sky — No Signal issue since update of software

Hi team, I am facing no signal issue since 10 days and gave a call to customer care for almost 20times however there is no resolution as yet. MY Id is [protected] and the reference of Complaint ID is HLAJXU6.It would be much appreciated if the issue is resolved at earliest.I don't think no complaint can be kept pending so long.
