Tata Sky — No signal last 7 days and no respone | |||
This is becoming a scam and worst experience. We cannot contact call centre and tata sky pretend to help you by asking u to call a no and always get a message that engineer will visit. For 7 days nobody turned up. If they cannot serve the customer properly why the hell they go for upgrade. If they don't know to run a service smoothly what is the point of calling themselves a company and it is become worst than a local cable operator. Big shammmmmmmme. I wanted to cancel my one year subscription and wanted a refund. Being a lawyer myself I take all that possible to take legal action because not providing service after getting the money is cheating.
