Tata Sky — No Signal more than 4 weeks | |||
Hi, We have called TataSky Customer Care on daily basis more than 20 day and it's extremely frustrating experience, every-time when we call, we have to wait 3 minutes by hearing the pre-recorded voice message, post that standard questions by Customer Care agent 'How may I help you' since he/she don't have any view of previously registered compliant status. I understand upgrade issue should take for couple of days or couple of weeks. It's been more than 4 weeks we got the no-signal issue on HD Channels, 3 weeks on the SD Channels. I have raised several compliants, I have a recorded message of the customer care agent accepting that we have raised more than 15 complaints but none of them active except the last one. As per their record, the last time I called is on 27th, that's the only compliant active now. Even in this case, the compliant should have been attended within 48 hours which is overdue.
