Tata Sky — No signal, no response | |||
Hi, i am shubham kansal using tata sky dth services since last two years. From almost 20 days i am continuously complaining in their customer service centre to resolve my problem of NO SIGNAL. i have got two visit from their executive telling me that my DTH DISH needs to get reallocated, and i will be charged for it because it is not catching the signal at that point from where it was initially installed. Firstly, i complained about it that why am i supposed to pay for the reallocation since it is not my fault, (this conversation is of 10 days ago). now, when they have said that they will NOT HELP me in this situation & then since last 5 days i am waiting for their executive to reallocate my dish, but no person is coming or contacting me. These people only dont have any customer support facility and only know how to irritate the customer. moreover, no senior executive is talking in this matter, all they do is hang up the call while transferring it.then cut it off. these people are a big crooks and huge pain. such a disappointed service is not suited to a TATA brand .
