Tata Sky — no signal - No response from ur customer support

Hi team. Just to inform u for the past two days I m not receiving a proper signal. I was trying to reach the help line services but they are not responding to our calls. Also I was contacted to near by tata sky agent but there was not response from Ur side. Can you pls explain in detail how to reach u to get a clear signal.
