Tata Sky — No Signal / No Service / No Response | |||
Since First week of April, there is no service from TatSky. If you call them up, they tell next 4 Hrs it will be resolved, or next day it will be resolved. But no one communicate. No resolution done. After repeated calls, one representative claims there are 40+ lakh customers facing issue and service engineers need to visit and resolve it so it is taking time ! I do not understand on what basis TataSky UPGRADED their sercive without understating the implications of change. There are technical competent folks who guide the management? How can the UPGRADE decision can be taken without understanding risks and mitigation plans? What kind of management team is there in TataSky? Doesn't it impact TATA brand?
