Tata Sky — no signal -not attending complaint | |
sir,
since later half of march 15 i am facing the problem of No signal stastus of many subscribed channels. Few channels from entertainment and Movies sections are available. I complained in your local office they told it is satellite problem. and will be rectified after one day it was rectified again since 28th, march same problem is erupted. I have complained and and got sms for sending your personal immediately. Yesterday evening when i was out of station i got a call from ur personnel he assured me his visit today morning leaving my othere commitment i am waiting for your person.
i have following complains against your services
1-.you are increasing charges on your own on subscribed pack
2- you promise quick service but last 15 days i am not getting proper services
3- for deficient services you are charging me at normal rate
there are other service providers in the market if you wish to get rid of 6 year old customer you can do so by refunding my remaining money. I can not wait for your deficient uncertain services
