Tata Sky — No signal on set top box for regional channels for customer id [protected] | |||
Since last friday 3-Apr-15 we are facing no signal problem on my set top box for customer id [protected] for particularly marathi channels. Initialy the call will be recd by call center & they commit 24 hrs time for solving the issue.There are no of messages recd saying that the service person will visit & resolve the problem but nothing happened so far. Last 2-3 days no call response from call center, this is ridiculous situation & we do not expect such a service from Tata Sky. Was this information helpful? | |||
