Tata Sky — No signal on Tata Sky Connection | |||
My customer id is [protected]. Since 03-Apr-2015 (Friday), I am not receiving signal on my Tata Sky connection. As per their upgrade plan, I have given missed calls on their helpline number more than 30 times since then. Every time, I got a message that my request has already been allocated to Tata Sky Engineer who will be contact me shortly but that never happened till date. I tried calling their customer care indefinite times but it's always busy even at 01:00 AM. Three times, I managed to talk to the call center representative and every time they assured me that my problem would be resolved in next 24 hours. Nothing happened. I also wrote 3 mails to their support desk but I got no reply except the auto acknowledgement. This is such a sorry state of affairs that I am feeling completely helpless about the whole ordeal.
