dear sir, Past one month, my 3 settop boxes are not working, due to no signal. I keep writing to tatasky in online, complaints, live chat, miscall, all the possible options of service request. 1) The service request is never attended, but automatically closed. It is frustrating day by day watching and following tatasky for tech arrival. my this complaint i request tatasky to come quickly to solve the complaints & come with a robust mechanism of complaint addressing, else they will loose the customership.
