Tata Sky — No Signal Problem since the past 4 months

My subscriber Id is [protected]. I have been facing no signal problem since the past 4 months and the dealer located in NIT 5 is very irresponsible. I have not got a permanent solution to my problems till date plus the dealer is also misbehaving and taking things very casually. I shall soon be approaching the consumer forum for help now if the problem is not resolved shortly.
