Tata Sky — No signal receive since 2/4/2015 on tata sky | |

Since 2/4/2015 I've not receive signals on tata sky as per my choice i.e, plan Metro pack. As per your channel 100 & 101 come to know that some upgrade is going on, but Tata sky will charge for the period and will deduct amount from my account for the non receipt signal period also. Is it justified, when we subscriber paid amount in advance annually for un-interrupted service and the tata sky itself disrupted our service for their fault/action and deduct amount automatically for the channels which are not aired. Moreover, falls promises are shown in channel 100& 101, the Customer Care also not responded instead I've paid the calling charge.It will be better If tata sky close the channels and refund subscribers money immediately. The above information was not flashed through SMS to the subscribers Regd Mobile Number, instead info recd through channel 100, which is totally BAKWAS.Neither any Executive nor technicians call me till now for remedy. I decided to sue tata sky in Consumer Court
for the lose, if the problem is not solved within two days, i e. 11/4/2015, Please note it seriously. Was this information helpful? | |
