THIS IS WITH REGARDS TO A NO SIGNAL COMPLAINT RAISED ON 08.04.2015 .COMPLAINT NUMBER:NS[protected].SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY DO NOT RESPOND.ONLY ONCE I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND SHE PROMISED THAT SOME ONE WOULD ATTEND TO MY COMPLAINT ON 09.04.2015 BUT THERE IS NO CLUE WHERE THE HELL IS THE ENGINEER.I AM SEEING LOADS OF COMPLAINTS BUT WONDERING WHAT ARE THE SO CALLED NUMBER 1 DTH COMPANY ARE HIDING..ABSOLUTE RUBBISH CUSTOMER CARE
