Tata Sky — No signal screen because of system upgrade | |||
Tata sky claims that they are upgrading their systems. But it has left many consumers without any signal. we are paying the full amount for monthly package for Tata sky. but not getting signal for majority of the channels. when a complaint was registered, i got SMS that a technician from Tata sky will visit on 11th April but nobody showed up.when i called customer care, i was told they will visit and then only they will inform about the days for which channels were not shown and accoridngly balance in the account will be adjusted. but nothing of that sort has happened till now. call center agents are not taking any calls. once i waited for 30 mins and was repeatedly told that my hold time is 9 min. 2ndf time i called and was told hold time is only 5 mins but still i was waiting for 15 mins. both the times, i ultimately disconnected the call as it was not connected to call center agent.
