THEN AFTER, DAILY MESSAGE IS COMING IN MY REGISTERED MOBILE NO.[protected] THAT THANK FOR PATIENCE FROM YOUR SIDE AND OUR TECHNICIAN WILL CONTACT AT THE EARLIEST. DUE TO THIS I GOT FED UP, AS NO CONTACT FROM YOUR SIDE AND TO CONTACT YOU I HAVE TO HOLD BY PHONE 20 MINUTES TO CONNECT YOUR EXECUTIVE. ON 11.04.14, IT TAKES 30 MINUTES TO CONTACT YOUR EXECUTIVE MR.RAMESH AND HE HAD ASSURED ME THAT ON SUNDAY MORNING I.E.12.04.15 YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED. ON 12.04.15 AT 18.00 HRS. TECHNICIAN CONTACT ME AND ASKED MY ADDRESS. HE REFUSED TO ATTEND TODAY SAYING THIS IS NOT HIS AREA. AND SAID CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE. THIS PROBLEM OF NO SIGNAL IS HAPPENED LAST MONTH ON 13 & 14 MARCH AND TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM, BUT 2 DAYS BALANCE HAS NOT CARRIED FORWARD. TELL ME WHY GETTING DELAYED TO ATTEND MY NO SIGNAL PROBLEM. YOUR SERVICE IS POOR, TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE TAKES 20 MIN. AND TO DEPUTE TECHNICIAN TAKES 12 DAYS. IT IS TOTAL SHAMEFUL BEING SUCH A HIGH BRAND IN DTH INDUSTRY.
