Tata Sky — No Signal since 02.04.2015

No signal in My Tata Sky connection. ID is [protected]. I could not speak with customer care nor any reply to my complaint to message from Registered Mobile number. 5 days now without any service from tata sky. Worst customer service. Will Tata Sky respond to my complaint here?
