Tata Sky — No signal since 1 week - still company is charging the money

I have raised so many service requests for the same issue but no one is bothered to act responsibly. Daily they are calling and telling someone will visit to resolve it but no use.
Its been 7 days that i am not able to see any channels and still i am paying the amount.
Please respect your customers as they have shown trust in your services, if not then we may have to go to consumer court for help
