Dear Sir/Medam, My subscription ID is [protected]. in the name of Ajay Gupta. There is no Signal in my Tata sky connection since [protected]From last 10 days). I had registered my complaint in customer care on 05-04-15 and again 3-4 times. Everytime we had been assured to solve the problem within 24 hours. But to our surprise, we are still waiting your engineer to visit and solve the problem. We really cann't expect this kind of services from TATA group of companies.
