I have lost tatasky signal since April 1st. After multiple calls a work order was generated but no further follow up or action done on that. All this while my account balance is being deducted including HD access fee, though I'm unable to view any of the HD channels. I need an immediate refund for the amount deducted since the start of the issue till date and the issue to be resolved ASAP. What is the point of maintaining a customer support number when the number is never reachable, always in waiting even after waiting for 1 hour no one answers.
