Tata Sky — No Signal since 3 weeks | |||
This has been more than 3 weeks facing no signal from Tata Sky but not received any support from our very own company of Mr. Ratan Tata. I think he is busy correcting or glorifying his own image of so said "Common Man" but his customers are of no importance to him. Everytime we call up the customer care which is again a paid call, we just gets to hear that we will definitely look into this and get the necessary done. Mr. Tata, if you are hearing me then you should actually be ashamed of yourself and one more thing only travelling in economy class with common man does not make you a common man. Instead of doing all this, it will be of great help if you could resolve the issues faced by your customers, who are actually paying for your company's services. Was this information helpful? | |||

the OFFICERS ARE OFF LINE. So you have to keep patience & continuing to keep your try. Don't misuse the opportunity once you get them to chat. I got my signal OK after almost 120hrs & that too after 4-days chatting. Other wise pray to GOD, some day down the line your fortune may click
