[Resolved] Tata Sky — no signal since 4 days | |||
I am unable to watch tv since 4 days because your tata sky box says its bad weather.i complained about it on 27th of September at 9:17 pm amd they said executive will visit within 24 hours. I called 3-4 times on 28th September and each time they gave false commitment of keeping the case in priority and still no one visited. I called again today that is on 29th September afternoon and the person said executive will visit within 1 hour and again false commitment. Now around 5:30 pm someone from tata sky calls and ask me about the complain and ask me if it is ok if the executive visits tomorrow. And giving the excuse that they could not connect on registered number. If thats the case why the hell do you guys took the alternate number.? Isthis the ways tata sky behaves and give the services to their customers? Was this information helpful? | |||

Similar incident... im quitting from this Service Provider. Hope you realise their fraud and unethical response in the coming days. But i hope your this request is resolved at the earliest.
