Tata Sky — No Signal since 6 days

Signal problem for the past 6 days. Repeated calls to [protected] gives only an automated message stating already allocated your request and your work order pending service team will call for appointment. But non of the service engineer call till now. Repeated miss calls Repeated NS messages have been sent but action is not taken yet. Very bad service from TATA Sky. No proper response for customers. My Subscriber is [protected]. Very unhappy with TATA Sky services.

I have raised compliant No: NS[protected]Dinesh Gonuguntla has taken the complaint)on 3-Apr-15 but its not been addressed even after 6 days (today 8-Apr-15), again I have called up on 6-Apr and been told by customer executive (Chandrakanth) that he has escalated it to higest level but still there is no response.
I want immediate resolution of my query. I have not paid for charity but for quality service which you have failed to deliver in all respects
True that!! I'm facing the same BLOODY problem since 6 BLOODY days!!
No follow up at all since 6 days!! False BLOODY PROMICES!! TATASKY is !
