Hi, My name is SS Tejasvi, tata sky consumer Id is [protected] and my registered mobile no. is [protected], we have two tvs sets, one connected to SD and one to HD, we are not receiving HD definition channels and many other channels (south pack and movie channels). We are not receiving signals since April 4th, ever since we are calling the help line numbers [protected] and the scrolling no. [protected], for no use. We received a call from customer care on April 5th and 6th however no one turned up (we wasted two days waiting for the technician). And no calls since then from your end. We call almost everyday but there is no response. THE RESPONSE FROM THE HELP LINE NUMBER IS AWFULL, and most of the times switched off. Was this information helpful? |
