Tata Sky — no signal since last 2 weeks.. no steps taken to rectify the problem | |||
My name is mr.Parthasarathi Ray.. I stay at Mukand residential colony, Dighe.. and my phone number is [protected].. my subscriber id is [protected].. i have experiencing the problem of NO SIGNAL since the last 2 weeks.. at that time I had registered my complaint by giving a miss call on [protected].. at first the complaint was registered and then a call addressing the issue was answered by me.. where i was notified that a technician would be there at our doorsteps within 48 hours to solve the matter.. there has been NO such visit from any technician and furthermore a message was sent to me that my complaint has been cancelled.. i seriously dont get what is wrong with the tata sky service and how was my complaint cancelled without my problem being solved.. i would have to consider switching to other network if such pathetic service goes on..
