Tata Sky — No signal since March | |||
My subscriber id is [protected]. I have been a Tatasky customer for more than 2 years now. Since last month, I have been having issues with the service. Last month, I did not have service for 10-15 days which got resolved by itself. I was told that a technician would come to my place and check everything, but nobody turned up. They called me multiple times and said they would come, but nobody eventually came. From April 2nd, the service again has issue ("No signal"). I lodged a complaint the same day and have been waiting patiently. Nobody has contacted or has come to my place to rectify the problem. I took a 6 month subscription (paying Rs4200) in February. If I had not done that, I would have said bye-bye to their service by this time. Money lost, and kind of locked-in to this pathetic service. Somebody, please help!!!
